Booking a stay is easy!
- Select a City: Choose your desired city from the dropdown menu.
- Choose a Time Frame: Specify your check-in and check-out dates using the calendar.
- Browse & Select: Explore available apartments and select the one that best suits your needs.
- Confirm Booking: Review your booking details and confirm your reservation.
- Confirmation: A confirmation email will be sent to your inbox shortly after your booking is complete, detailing your stay and providing information for payment and check-in.
Payment for your booking is made in person at our office. Once you have confirmed your booking online, you will receive an email with details on how to proceed with payment at our designated office location. Payment must be completed before your check-in date to secure your reservation.

If your order has been processing for an extended period:
- Check your dashboard: Log in to your account and navigate to “My Bookings” or “Order History” to confirm if your order went through successfully or if there’s a specific status message.
- Contact Customer Care: If the issue persists or you need clarification, please contact our customer care at contact@agbaapartments.com with your booking reference number.
Detailed check-in instructions, including key collection information, access codes, and contact details for the property manager, will be included in your booking confirmation email. This information is typically sent a few days before your arrival date, after your payment has been confirmed at our office.
If you encounter any issues during your stay (e.g., maintenance problems, questions about the property):
- Contact the Property Manager: Your booking confirmation email will include contact details for the property manager or host. This is usually the quickest way to resolve immediate concerns.
- Contact Customer Care: If you are unable to reach the property manager or if your issue is not resolved, please contact our customer care at contact@agbaapartments.com, providing details of the problem and your booking reference.
While our primary focus is short-stay bookings, some properties may offer extended stay options at discounted rates. Please check the individual property listings or contact us directly at contact@agbaapartments.com to inquire about longer durations.
